Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Beirut. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care during aesthetic, dermatologic, and wellness procedures, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting physicians and other clinicians, performing pre- and post-procedure assessments, and monitoring patient responses to treatments. The role involves administering medications and treatments as directed, maintaining accurate and timely medical records, and following infection control and clinical safety protocols. The Registered Nurse will educate patients on procedures, aftercare, and treatment plans, coordinate follow-up appointments, and collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver a consistent, premium experience aligned with Dermapro’s standards.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Lebanon, with good standing and compliance with local regulations.
- Proven clinical nursing experience, preferably in dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetic, outpatient, or wellness settings.
- Strong patient care skills, including assessment, monitoring, and management of patient comfort and safety during procedures.
- Knowledge of basic dermatologic and aesthetic procedures, wound care, skin assessment, and post-treatment care (or strong interest in developing these skills).
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical documentation, following clinical protocols, and adhering to infection prevention and control standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain treatments, manage expectations, and build trust with a diverse patient population.
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, pharmacists, dietitians, physiotherapists, and cosmetic professionals in a multidisciplinary environment.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple patients and tasks in a fast-paced setting.
